Chef Mirsad has a unique cultural heritage translated in his creative spirit mixed with his European ancestry.
Established in Sherbrooke, he has solid experience behind the stoves and understands the subtle blend of art marrying form, which gives his cuisine character and authenticity.
His classical and structured style has set him apart during his 15 years evolving in the restaurant business, the last 7 of those years spent in hotels.
Mirsad joined Domaine Château-Bromont in February 2014 and has proved a natural leader thanks to his character, assurance and passion for great meals!
