Festive evening with a live musical duo in the Bromont Hall of Domaine Château-Bromont.
Service of a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne at midnight. Party favours and bar service throughout the evening.

Enjoy a 5-course menu inspired by the gastronomic classics of the Holiday season, prepared by Chef Jean-Michel Juillet and his brigade:

• Appetizer: Trout roe tartelette with sour cream
• Foie gras with home-made gingerbread and blackcurrant jelly
• Pink shrimp, avocado and grapefruit tartare
• Vacuum-packed lobster tail with sea urchin cream and cognac
