At Hôtel Château-Bromont, we’re happy to welcome dogs in all our rooms and suites, with the exception of those located in the Spa pavilion.

But as much as we love your pooch, whether he weighs 5 or 50 pounds, hair gets in the way! A fixed fee of $50 + tax applies for cleaning and maintenance of your room for the entire duration of your stay.

It is essential that you inform our reservation team when you book your stay so that we can prepare for your dog’s arrival. If you book online, please contact the reservations department to have the dog fee added to your room.

We also invite you to consult our dog policy to follow the rules of good behavior throughout your stay! Please note that charges may apply if guests fail to comply with our policies.

Please note that we only accept dogs as pets.

Dog policy

Never leave your dog alone in the room. A new environment can be stressful for a dog, and we want to make sure that no damage is done while you’re away.
Dogs must be trained and controlled by their owners at all times.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when leaving the room.
With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not allowed in restaurants, meeting rooms, training room, swimming pools or hot tubs.
Guest is responsible for picking up after his dog.
Any disturbance caused by the dog, such as barking, must be quickly brought under control out of respect for other hotel guests.

Guest assumes all civil and financial responsibilities inquired if an incident occurs between their pet and another guest or staff member.
Guest understands that the hotel, its staff and owners will not be held responsible for any damage caused by his/her pet. The hotel reserves the right to undergo legal procedures.
Guest is responsible for any material or physical damage caused by his dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred.
Dogs are strictly forbidden in the Château-Bromont Condos.
For any complaint received from a guest (dog left alone in room, noise, disrespect of guests), a penalty of $200 per complaint will be charged to the account.
