Is room service available?

Absolutely, it is possible to order from the restaurant to eat in your room. Depending on occupancy, the service can be done by the restaurant staff or your order will be prepared and you can pick it up in the dining room. For more information, please contact the restaurant by dialing 506.

Can I purchase products that I find in my room?

Yes, it is now possible to purchase the following amenities: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bottles are 450 ml and cost 25$ + taxes per bottle. For more information, contact the front desk by dialing 0.

Do you have a television channel guide?

Sure, click here to consult it. Continuous movie channels in French are on Super Écran, and on Crave in English.

The main parking lot is full, where can I park my car?

An additional parking lot is located at the back of the hotel, near the Amérispa section. This parking lot is accessible from Champlain Street.

Do you offer laundry service?

Yes, any cleaning and laundry items dropped off at the front desk before 8:00 am will be returned the same day around 6:00 pm. For same-day delivery, there will be a $5 charge if the bill does not exceed $15. No service on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Dial “O” from your room phone for immediate service.

How does your babysitting service work?

The rate is $30/hour for 1 to 2 children. If there are more than 2 children, there is an additional cost of $10/hour per child, with a maximum of 4 children per babysitter. Depending on availability, it is best to notify us in advance. If the request is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the first hour will be charged.

Is there a cab service available?

We offer a shuttle service to transport our guests within the city of Bromont. Schedule subject to change. Contact front desk for more information.
