The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any requests for a late check-out must be made at the front desk, as they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Ice Machine

You will find an ice machine on every floor near the elevators, with the exception of the Spa Pavilion.

Ski and Bike Lockers

Secure storage for your skis and bikes is available free of charge. To access the lockers, please pick up a key and padlock at the front desk. Fees apply.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Shuttle Service

We offer a free shuttle service to transport our guests around the Château-Bromont Resort and the surrounding area. The shuttle schedule is subject to change depending on the season or traffic. Please contact the front desk for the current schedule and availability.

Cleaning and Laundry

Any cleaning or laundry items dropped off at the front desk before 8:00 am will be returned the same day around 6:00 pm. For same-day delivery, a $5 fee applies if the bill does not exceed $15. No service is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please contact the front desk for immediate service.

Photocopying and Faxing

You can make photocopies and send faxes directly through our reception team 24 hours a day. Fees apply.

Is room service available?

Absolutely. You can order from the restaurant to have your meal delivered to your room. Depending on how busy we are, your order may be delivered by restaurant staff, or it may be prepared for you to pick up in the dining room. For more information, please contact the 4 Canards restaurant by dialing “506” from your room phone.

I lost an item in the hotel. What should I do?

If you have lost a personal item, please report it immediately to our Confort Service by dialing “567” from your room phone.

Can I purchase the products I find in my room?

Yes, you can purchase the complimentary toiletries provided in your room: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The bottles are 450 ml and cost $25 plus tax per bottle. Please contact the front desk for more information.

The main parking lot is full, where can I park my car?

Additional parking is available at the back of the hotel, near the Amerispa section. This parking lot is accessible via Champlain Street.

What type of electrical current do you use?

Our rooms use 110V / 60 Hz electrical current. To obtain an adapter or if you have any questions, please contact the front desk.
