I think it’s safe to say that the search for that awesome coffee shop or the perfect spot to hang out is a challenge for most of us. The definition of a successful café or restaurant experience will depend on everyone’s preference. While one may seek a tasting experience, another may look for a quiet coffee shop to slip into and soak up the town’s atmosphere.
One must admit that when it comes to food, “the good stuff”, as my 7 year-old cousin would say, is one of the things that delights us the most. Discovering and being inspired by novel recipes, spending quality time with friends, or simply having our taste buds savour an unparalleled menu, are the reasons why I restaurant-hop just about any time of the year.
